Persecutions are expected for the followers of a persecuted leader. Persecution will keep Christ’s followers running as in front of flames, yet they continue to sow the seeds of the gospel as they run. Salvation is promised to all who, not only start to follow Christ, but follow him through trial to the end of their lives.
