Matthew 6:25-34

Jesus invites us into peace and freedom from worry. So much of our energy is wrapped up in worry about temporary physical needs and we spend so little attention on the deeper matters of life. Jesus tells us to shift our priorities. The follower of Christ can focus all of their attention on seeking the Kingdom of God when they rest from worry, knowing that their Father in Heaven will provide for them everything they need.
