We often distill the idea of "justice" down to punishment of wrong in our thinking. It involves that, but much more, it is righteous action between people. Justice is equitable (fair and impartial) dealing in every aspect of life. The wise person who lives justly will see that the Godly are rewarded, the wicked are rebuked, the weak are defended, the penitent are restored, and that injustices are set right.
